The short version

We do not use cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do not operate a contact form — the “Contact” link opens your own email client. If you use the AI concierge, your message is sent to a third-party AI service provider so it can generate a response; we do not store that conversation on our own servers.

Information we collect

Contacting us

The “Contact” link on this site opens a pre-addressed email in your own email application — it is not a form, and nothing you type is submitted to or stored on our servers before you send it. Once you send that email, it is handled by our email provider and yours, under their own privacy practices.

The AI concierge

When you type a question to the concierge, that message — along with the recent messages in the same conversation — is sent to a third-party AI service provider so it can generate a response. We do not write your conversation to a database or any other permanent storage on our end. It exists only in your browser for the current session and is gone when you close or reload the page.

While you browse this site, we also keep a short-lived, in-memory record of which pages you’ve viewed in the current session — used only to make the concierge’s answers more relevant to what you’re looking at. This is never written to a cookie, to your browser’s local storage, or to any persistent identifier, and it is not shared beyond generating your concierge responses.

Standard server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information for every request — for example, IP address, browser type, and the page requested — as an ordinary part of operating any website. We do not configure or expand this logging beyond what the hosting platform does by default.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies of any kind — first-party or third-party — and does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Nothing on this site follows you across other websites.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third party involved is the AI service provider used to power the concierge, and it receives only what’s needed to generate a response to your question.

Your choices

If you’d rather not have a message sent to our AI provider, use the email link on our Contact page instead of the concierge — reaching us that way never involves a third-party AI service.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for commercial real estate professionals and is not directed at children.
